President Obama Sings Al Green’s ‘Let’s Stay Together’ – Video

President Obama spoke at a fundraiser at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, following a performance by singer Al Green. To the delight of the audience the big O actually sang a line of the song, Let’s Stay Together.

All politics aside Prez Obama is truly a cool dude. Of course, there is so much hate between the conservative right and the liberal left that the neocons have been poisoning the Internet with diatribes against Mr. O regarding this video. It really wouldn’t matter who the Prez was. As long as he is a Democrat the right wing will hate him and slander both his name and anything he does.

Why is there so much hatred in this country? If the hate doesn’t eventually abate, we are lost as a nation.

  1. one day America will grow out of it’s racist shell. Where were all these people when bush was sinking our country, destroying our constitution so he could do whatever he wanted, put us in Iraq to finish daddy’s war saying it was for WMD ( which we still never found, even though we found saddam in a hole in the ground), or selling off national parks too oil companies to set up shop (which we owe obama for stopping) and when bushes buddy osama was killed and he wouldn’t show up for the celebration, One day we’ll get back on course, the day we quit electing idiots. And the tea party is the biggest bunch of idiot’s, you talk about squandered money, and make palin one of your speakers( if i remember correctly she spent 10’s of thousands during mcain’s campain on wardrobe’s, manicures, and hair done for her and her daughters ).
